Athol Savings Bank has become aware of fraudulent phone calls that are being made that appear to be coming from our Solutions Center. Never trust caller ID and know that we will never call you to ask for your personal or financial information. If you receive a call, please hang up and call us at (978) 249-3200 to talk to a Solutions Center Representative.

We are actively working on a system error this morning which may result in you experiencing a delay in receiving ACH direct deposits to your account. Additionally, our business and personal bill pay system is offline, as is Card Valet. We are working diligently to correct the issue and we thank you for your patience. We will provide an update when the system is restored.

Please be advised that we are aware of issues with two of our fraud hotline phone numbers. If you need to dispute a fraudulent charge on your debit card, call 1-833-809-9874 or our Soultions Center 978-249-3200.
